ETCH Group shaped every element of this family residence—from the street-facing facade to the private quarters and the garden beyond. The villa brings together the finest expressions of classic villa interior design with a distinctly modern sensibility. They requested spaces with genuine warmth—a living room for gathering, bedrooms that offer escape, and a garden that functions as an extension of the home, complete with a quiet outdoor retreat. Our task was to weave these elements together without replicating the past. This home carries forward what endures: proportion, substance, and meticulous craftsmanship—while meeting the needs of a modern Dubai family.

The two-story structure features a combination of concrete and wooden facades, with large windows and an overhanging roof. Landscaped greenery and minimalistic pathways surround the property.
