Set on a 1200 sqm plot with a built up area of 900 sqm, this residence was designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. Clean architectural lines meet soft organic materials, while layered landscaping brings a sense of calm and connection to every part of the home.

The brief was to create a villa that felt equally bold and tranquil. The challenge was to craft strong geometry without feeling rigid, and to introduce natural textures in a way that softened and humanized the space without losing clarity in the structure.

We established a linear layout with deliberate proportions and framed views of curated greenery. Every material was chosen to enhance contrast and warmth — stone, timber, and glass coming together in restrained harmony. The landscape was treated as an extension of the architecture, bringing light, privacy, and softness to every room.
