This Abu Dhabi villa demanded more than a standard renovation—it required a complete transformation of both interior flow and exterior presence. Our team approached Villa 140 as a unified canvas, where every design decision serves the family's daily life while respecting local architectural traditions. The result is a residence where refined landscape design villa elements meet intentional interior volumes, creating a genuine sanctuary. Every surface, transition, and outdoor connection was reimagined with precision.

The original villa suffered from disjointed spaces. Interior rooms felt disconnected from the outdoor areas, and the house exterior design lacked the cohesive presence the owners deserved. Standard renovations would have simply refreshed finishes. Instead, the client wanted a home that truly lived—where family gatherings flowed naturally onto terraces, and where the architecture announced itself with quiet confidence. The goal was seamless integration between inside and out.

Our in-house team of designers and builders collaborated from day one, removing walls that isolated key living areas and reconfiguring the layout to prioritize connection. We introduced expansive glazing to frame garden views and extended the material palette outward, ensuring the exterior home design echoed the refined interior. Custom joinery now defines zones without closing them off. The solution was holistic, never piecemeal.
